TMX Demarcation - Client Fee Letter 2022
Thank you for your ongoing business with TMX. We continue to strive to invest in and deliver the highest quality client experience and leading-edge connectivity offerings to our valued clients. Since the launch of the TMX Demarcation facilities, fees for all products and services within the facilities have not changed despite increasing operational costs required to maintain service levels. To enable continued investment in our service offerings, fees for Demarcation connectivity will therefore be increased effective January 1, 2023.
Effective January 1, 2023, the following fees for TMX Demarcation connectivity will apply, reflecting the increase in fees approved by the applicable regulators, as shown in the following table:

Please also note that the TMX Demarcation agreement between you and TMX has been updated and you will be receiving the new agreement over the coming weeks. Please sign and return the agreement by January 1, 2023 in order to continue to receive TMX Demarcation services.
