Nature of business: The primary objective of the ETF is to provide investors with a higher level of income by investing primarily in mid-term investment grade corporate bonds.

Distributions: Each quarter, the ETF will distribute an amount calculated based on the ETF's net income for the quarter. The ETF will distribute enough of its undistributed net income and net realized capital gains in December so that it does not have to pay ordinary income tax.
