Nature of business: The investment objectives of the ETF are to provide Unitholders with: (a) attractive monthly distributions and (b) the opportunity for capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a leveraged basis, in a portfolio of equity and fixed income securities. The ETF seeks to hedge substantially all of its direct exposure to foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar.
