The listing in Units of the 3iQ CoinShares Ether ETF (Symbols: ETHQ and ETHQ.U) will begin trading on a permanent T+1 settlement basis, effective at the opening on April 23, 2021. Additional information on this ETF may be found in the final prospectus dated April 19, 2021, which is available at .
